Guild Goals

Guild Goals and Member Expectations:

The guild goal for WAR will be to provide a fun and exciting environment for its players to participate in RvR and pursue PvE content. The emphasis will be to engage in RvR in a structured and guild oriented manner. There will be overall expectation of grouping with, helping and providing support to other members for both RvR and PvE as best as possible. For this to be accomplished there will be expectations of every member to help us achieve these goals. While no rules to foster this environment will be absolute, they are strongly encouraged and any member who fails repeatedly to meet those expectations will have their membership or guild rank evaluated.

The expectation of engaging in RvR in a structured and guild oriented manner is defined as followed:

Members should willingly participate primarily in guild group, Warband and Alliance PvP.
Members should utilize guild provided Ventrillo for group action and will be required to use Ventrillo for Warband and Alliance action.
Members must follow rules specified for using Ventrillo during Warband and Alliance action.

The expectation of grouping, helping and providing support to other guild members for RvR and PvE are defined as follows:

Offering group spots should go primarily to other guild members first. Groups should be set to open for guild by setting /partyguildonly, /partyallianceonly, /warbandguildonly, /warbandallianceonly
Filling open group spots should be offered when possible.
Providing support when requested should be strongly considered when possible.

Standard Pak expectations for every member:

Pak has a long tradition of mature online gaming. First and foremost, we are a guild of friends and mutual respect for each and every guild mate is expected and everyone should be familiar with this post to gain a sense of what Pak’Cafan is about. With that in mind, we have a no-drama policy in-game and on the boards. Any problems are to be taken to leadership, first officers in WAR or escalate to Inner Council, who then will handle any issues. We pride ourselves in having a fun environment where people can get away from real-life.
In addition to this, Pak values it’s reputation as a responsible and mature gaming guild and member’s behavior is a reflection of this. Always keep in mind that while you have the Pak’Cafan guild tag you are an ambassador of this guild and you are expected to conduct yourself in line with the values of Pak. It is important that you be courteous in your dealings with others and do not engage in purposeful anti-social behavior unless it is within the context of role playing related to the opposing faction.
